Title: redirect download folder?
Post by: rumia on July 04, 2023, 05:54:09 PM
I have nowhere found such a feature or request

Would it be possible to change the links in the html files and the local folder path?
If a folder contains 1000+ files that you can set up rules to create extra subfolders.

For example a website has too many files in a subfolder.
With the rule "subfolderpath/1" -> "subfolderpath/1/"
the download folder of the files (incl subfolder) and links in the html files will be changed.
Then locally the folder path would be instead of domain.tld\subfolderpath\10000.html to domain.tld\subfolderpath\1\10000.html

Hello,

Thanks for the suggestion. I've logged this as issue #494, should nicely complement some other grouping options that I logged... well, quite a long time ago.

No timeline for implementing this at the moment, unfortunately.

Thanks again for the useful suggestion!

Hello, I understand that currently there is no time for this incidental function, but thanks anyway.
