Please help with regex for subdomains

I am trying to backup a site. The main site is installed under www with about 100+ other subdomains.

I have tried to set a regular expression to get all domains including listing the full subdomain but it doesn't work.

The main site is http://www.lagosstate.gov.ng
Sub domains are listed like http://governor.lagosstate.gov.ng, http://deputygovernor.lagosstate.gov.ng etc.

I have tried the Beta version. It includes the option for sibling domains, but it still doesn't work as expected. It downloads all the content into the local folder for www as opposed to creating a new folder for the sibling sub-domain.
