Is it possible to set Webcopy to download multiple files at once instead of 1 at a time?

Welcome to the forums and thanks for the question.
The simple answer is no, this currently isn't supported.
The longer answer is this is something users have asked for for quite some time and is one of the older logged issues - #61. I had a working prototype available a while ago but I never merged this into the main code as I never had the chance to fully test it.
Version 1.9 will include a large refactoring of the crawl engine I made a few months back which will simplify the engine and make it easier going forward.
Version 1.10 will include pause and resume.
Version 1.11 will include multi threaded crawling.
I don't have timelines for this at present, and it's all subject to change anyway - only 1.9 is set in stone.
