How to Update a Copied Website

I downloaded a wordpress blog which contains only text information. The author adds two or three articles per month and I want to know how to copy only the updates to the folder of the site I have on my drive. TIA.

Did you try anything any of the settings on this article?

WebCopy should be able to do this, although currently only if the website supports last modified or etags.
