Retry downloading only files with errors.

My internet stopped working at some point during the process of copying, so because of that some urls were not downloaded and received status "Error". How can I retry downloading only these so I wouldn't have to start over?

WebCopy currently doesn't have the ability to retry failed downloads, although this is probably something I should look at adding.

If you have previously copied a website and saved the meta data in a WebCopy project, then WebCopy will try to only download changed files - you can find more information at this knowledge base article. However, this approach may not work if parts of the website weren't copied to begin with as WebCopy only tries to download what it can see during the current scan.
