My internet stopped working at some point during the process of copying, so because of that some urls were not downloaded and received status "Error". How can I retry downloading only these so I wouldn't have to start over?

WebCopy currently doesn't have the ability to retry failed downloads, although this is probably something I should look at adding.
If you have previously copied a website and saved the meta data in a WebCopy project, then WebCopy will try to only download changed files - you can find more information at this knowledge base article (https://www.cyotek.com/support/kb/cyotek-webcopy/how-can-i-copy-only-changed-files-from-a-website). However, this approach may not work if parts of the website weren't copied to begin with as WebCopy only tries to download what it can see during the current scan.
