WebCopy gets 403 Error

I'm trying to copy stormfront.org/forumfor reasons that shouldn't have to be explained. My goal is to copy the forumin its entirety. The thing is the same thing happens with httrack and the site is probably behind cloudflare. I'm not entirely sure.
