Above root error on same server

Hi,

I'm trying to download an online manual (https://101.wacom.com/UserHelp/en/TOC/CTL-4100.html) and keep getting "Above root" messages. I've tried changing the project settings from "site only" to all of the other options and "download all resources" is checked.

The website is, quite sensibly, sharing resources between products and all of the web pages are on the same server but above the initial page. Is there any way to download all of the required pages? I'm using version 1.7.0.600

Looks like I sorted this myself. For those who follow, check the box at Project Settings/Advanced/Crawl above root URL

Obviously take care with this one...

Thanks for the question, thank you for figuring it out yourself and apologies for taking so long to respond.

This setting is a common cause of confusion. I've been meaning to do something about it, I'll see if I can make it either easier to discover or more automatic in the next build of WebCopy.
