Help with setting up the rules

Hello everyone,

Since im new to this, I encountered some issues with using WebCopy.
For my masterthesis I would like to download certain specific pages of a webforum, whole threats to be specific, to analyse it later on. I already tried couple times to set the program to only download the link that I put in. But the program still downloads all other pages and content that is linked to by the page I put in. So it actually copies more content than I want (that works really good though...).

I guess I have to use these rulers, but don't really understand these. The FAQ an tutorials don't help me out.

Does anyone have some tips, help or point me to some examples?
