Custom headers isn't respected when submitting forms

Custom headers isn't respected when submitting forms.
This bug applies whether I use the form wizard or manually define the values.
See the images for details in the attachments.

Because of this I can't submit the form properly as the website in question is expecting the custom header when the login form is submitted, which webcopy isn't respecting to provide.

Hello,

Thanks for the bug report. I've logged #436 for making sure that POST's also support custom headers.

However, I've also logged #437 to look into this in a bit more detail as you shouldn't need to add that content type header, WebCopy should be handling that automatically.

Version 1.9 is now locked so this will be part of the next update.
