recognize a link to youtube

If a page has a link to youtube video, can WebCopy recognize it and download the .mp4 file for offline watching. For example,  scroll page down to bottom at https://www.davidsongifted.org/fellows-scholarship/2019-fellows

Clicking youtube video link always attempt to connect back to youtube.   How to fix the issue?   

Secondly the page layout changed, see screenshot.  any settings could avoid the issue?

Unfortunately WebCopy doesn't recognise YouTube video links as they are constructed via JavaScript and WebCopy doesn't execute JavaScript. The latest version includes a new experimental option for allowing using a headless browser in addition to WebCopy's crawl engine, but this is experimental and needs more work (plus I have no idea how it would work with YouTube, I'm sure Google will come up with any number of ways to make life difficult in that regard).

In regards to your layout issue, if you open the devtools for your browser does it report a failure to read any CSS files? I'm a little pushed for time as usual so any information you can provide to jumpstart an investigation would be useful.
